About the ONLY consistent GPS test you can compare from one ROM or one user to another is a COLD GPS start (off for 8 hr's) OUTSIDE.
Inside will VARY a ton on ANY GPS and restarting from the cache is completely meaniless as a metric on ANY GPS.
So far this ROM doesn't look much different.
Speed tests can vary between 200 kb/s and 1400 kb/s with NO REV-A
