this file is in the stock sprint rom, i know. and i map my softkey to it on the today screen to easily launch my programs, but i updated to the alltell rom and now that file isn't there. is there another way to launch the programs like that, or could someone simply upload htcprograms.exe from their /windows folder onto here and see if that just works?
