Please forgive me for a stupid question but here goes. At the end, when it says to manually disable USB sync, do I uncheck "Allow USB Connections" in Activsync? When I do this, how does the next step (titan_exitbl) talk to the device? I've tried this several times, carefully reading the steps, but I quit at this point as I'm not sure what I'm doing. When I disable the usb sync option, I get an error box saying it can't communicate (of course). When do you reenable the usb sync?
