You can scroll companies by scrollbar on right side (without release finger) or you can set "Locking window" parameters to "enabled" for use menus after releasing finger and scrolling groups like contacts.
In new version 1.2 you can select group and contact by one tap instead of slide!
PrimeContact 1.2 (just replace original "\Program Files\PrimeContact\PrimeContact.exe" by one of ...):
