Soft reset: plain reboot
Just poke the hole to the right of the mini USB or some software allows you to do soft reset.
Hard reset: reloads the rom that is saved on your phone overwriting all information on the phone(like a auto format and reinstall)
hold the talk(green)+cancel(red)+poke the hole
