WOW was I impressed with all the oems and options available for customization. (great work guys)
My question is in regards to the performance, glyph, overclocking, and battery tweaks oems.

Do they really work?
Do they cancel each other out?
HTC performance gives the option to OC (although the true effects are debatable)
And there's another oem to help conserve battery.

Has anyone tried different combinations and benchmarked their ppc in an attempt to find the fastest possible "formula" wthout sacrificing too much batt life or ram?

I would love to know the magic potion. That would make a great base to work with.
Yes, they all do what they are advertised to do, except overclocking, which doesn't apply to Titans. No, they don't cancel each other out, but as with all things, there is a price to be paid for each tweak. Most of the common performance tweaks are already built into the kitchen base.
