Ok, ready for this noob move? When I reformatted my 512mb card i reformatted it to FAT and not to FAT32. Once I reformatted it to FAT32 I got the Loading... checking screen with the small .nbh file and am right now going through the "Update in Progress" screen with the 94mb .nbh file. So it looks like it is getting fixed.

Ok it just rebooted and it looks like we are back to stock... whew...
