One of the new enhancements in WM 6.1, that is very little known, is it's ability to be much more intuitive. For example, WM 6.1 knows that none of your contacts actually want you to call them, so WM 6.1 is hiding their information from you. Basically it is protecting the people that you want to call.
Just kidding...
I would first try uninstalling the spb Dialer and see if your contacts return in the WM 6.1 contact manager. You can always reinstall the dialer later... just trying to troubleshoot with you. Also, what other applications do you have installed?
