I found the same problem with the lag. Flashed back to the 3.35 radio using the Sprint released ROM, stopped install at screen setup, flashed DCD's 3.04 ROM, restored from a backup using Sprite 6.2 level 1 restore, and all is fine. No lag, WM6.1, GPS works great.
