Those 3 files aren't for gps, they're to unlock applications so you can install the gps. You want the HTC_GPS_Enable_for_Titan_3.35.cab found here:

Recommended advice i've found is install the 1,2,3 unlock files. Soft reset, Install the GPS ENABLE cab, soft reset and it should work somehow. There's some advice floating around mentioning to select com 4 in the settings but I don't know as i haven't gotten it to work.
Also others recommended QuickGPS. With JD's rom i can't find it, don't think its included.
