You need to also hit "Create OEM". This will put your personal settings into the USER_OEM folder, then make sure to select it in buildOS. If you havn't changed the name, it should show up as My Personal OEM, under the "OEM" group.

I actually did all that and most things from OEMizer worked. It's just the notifications that didn't seem to work for some reason. I've noticed from previous versions from OEMizer it didn't seem to take either.
