GPS definitely works, but right now you have to use dotFreds task manager, or something similar, to load the dlls. My problem was that I didn't enable locations service.
Go to Settings/Personal/Phone/Services/Location/enable.
Get Gnat's cab and run it. From what I can tell, you don't need VIRSER_GPS.dll, so if it doesn't come with it, don't worry about it.
Soft-reset, and load the GPD0 device, and the GPS Daemon Service (GPC1: )
After that it should work fine. Remember, when you soft-reset, you have to reload the device and service before anything will work. If anyone can fix this, please let me know!
I have to go work, but I'll try to get back on tomorrow evening to answer questions.
Also, the below link is to the Titan GPS guide. It may be of help. Supposedly, the same guide was on here, but I can't take the time to find it because I have to leave. Good luck everyone and thanks to everyone on here who helped!

Edit: I haven't tried it without using the QuickGPS program found on the Titan GPS guide. While outside, it took me 30 seconds to find 4 satellites and on Google maps the accuracy was about 3 meters. I'm not sure if QuickGPS is making a difference or not. I just wanted to put that out there. Later.
