It is the aurora theme found here

I know that a lot of people have been asking for it. The developer says that it is in easy install, but a lot of people are having trouble. Also, a cab would make it easier to remove.
The theme uses rltoday, ultimate launch, and batterystatus, but those are already in cab form.
All that would need to be cab'd would be the theme, specifically the aurora (or blue) one. I don't know how hard it is to cab up things, so if it is too hard please don't spend too much time doing it. Also, you can tell me I'm an idiot.
