I noticed the aGPS thing too. Lame! I'm glad I have a bluetooth gps puck, but obviously I'd rather not carry one around. My Sanyo M1 had GREAT GPS. All I did was use Garmin, and didn't have to download maps. It pulled them down via EVDO or x1. Obviously static maps on the phone might have helped in certain cases when I didn't have service, but it was GREAT! Owning the touch, at least in the navigation aspect, is disappointing and usually when i buy a phone, I'm looking for an upgrade. aGPS would be disappointing but not a deal killer for me.
