I'd give it about a 6. I did some searching(hence the disassembly I posted earlier) and did the deed. You might want to pick up a jewlers screwdriver set, and a T-6 Torx driver. Taking it apart is fairly easy once you know what to remove when (I can help with that) and doing the screen swap is not too bad. You will be totally exposing the motherboard in the process and need to be very careful about static discharge, but other than that it's do-able. I replaced the screen on mine in about 40 minutes, start to finish, but had experience with the PPC. I'd estimate for you at least 2 hours with a little help.
