I have the exact same issue, I had built some working kitchens though just a day or two before this occured. I assume it must have been something I added and I will post back when I find out which package it is causing the issue.
Ok I believe I know which package causes this problem and it seems to affect more phones than just the Titan because I am on the Apache.
take out the HTC Touch Keyboard HP, it remaps keys on our keyboards that fold out... how or why no one has caught this I don't know...
