Re: Apache WM6 CE OS 5.2.1620 (Build 18125.0.4.2)

Ok..
When you first go to flash, you are supposed to hold the top left button on the side, as well as the power button. Hold (Both of them), and keep holding them in, while pressing the soft-reset with your stylus. Don't let go, of the power and record keys, but after you press in the stylus, remove the stylus from the port; don't let go of the other two keys, until you have completely removed the stylus. Your screen will turn black, and only in a good lighting, can you see the words "Serial".. Bootloader x.x..
This is when you plug your device in, and then you are done with the device, everything else is done on the computer. During this process, Activesync, is not even connected, or used. You won't see the device show as connected, on your computer. Your device first said Serial; if done correctly, you should now see USB Bootloader x.x...

If you are stuck, in bootloader, try the following:
Try to put it in bootloader, again, as if it wasn't already in bootloader. Do this by pressing both the power and record keys, in, and pressing with your stylus, the soft-reset port. (Follow the same instructions, as I gave before. Most commonly, I run into problems, if I don't keep the other two buttons pressed, before moving the stylus out of the soft-reset port.) It will reset, again. Now, after you do this, press the two soft-keys, and press in the soft-reset port, again, to perform a hard-reset.

Now, when the screen comes up, it should be white, and lit, saying Are you sure... Hit Y, for yes. Then hit your spacebar.
Now, once again, press the power and the record buttons, and keep them in, while pressing and removing the stylus from the reset port.
You should be all set to go.
