This is very cool to see, but I've been wondering about this for a while: what is the "legality" of people installing this on their phones? I assume since AKUs are like windows updates that those that own a WM5 device can install these (even unofficial versions) AKU 3.3, 3.5 etc and still be within the licensing rules. However, WM6 is a new OS, which would normally constitute a new license, correct?

While all this is very exciting to be able to get the most out of my device by applying these "updates", I'm just curious how long Microsoft will stand for this and start "cracking down" like they have been trying to do with XP and Vista?

Sorry, don't mean to be a "buzzkill" as I'm excited for these development projects, but was just curious on how all the legal issues were in this context.
