I developed 2 dark spots of doom on my phone. Before that, I dropped it in the parking lot and scratched the corner a little (had silicone cover on phone which saved most of the phone). Well I went to the sprint store (has to be a store where they make repairs) and showed them the dark spots on the screen. The tech checked it out and took a new one out of the box to replace it. No problems at all. I have the $7 insurance on the phone.
I have another question about our insurance, since most of us have custom roms on our phone, will that void the warranty?
