Normally I would do that but it would take time and I don't like to keep customers waiting so I settled for the Palm Reset App, which appears to have worked like a charm, there is absolutley as far as my eyes can tell nothing there everything is blanked out, i.e. rom ext rom the only thing that is there is verizon 1.10 everything else is pz'ed out
