I am having a problem where when I flash after building my ROM it works fine at first boot. But if I do a soft reset (or boots) it will hang at splash screen. Going into safe mode works fine. I have literally tried everything. From reloading stock ROM, building a plan ROM and flashing, removed battery and did hard reset,,,, I have searched the threads for 2 days but found nothing. Anyone have any ideas.....
