How to get Alltel Titan with GPS radio close to stock

See my previous post in the general Titan forum for why, but I need to return an Alltel Titan to a usable state to sell it. Recommendations?

Currently it has the 3.27 radio,
OliPro 2.4 Boot Loader
Either DCD or no2chem kitchen.

I've read and read, but need a VERY clear answer on this -- steps to go backwards without going so far as to add a brick to the collection.

1. Can I use the stock Alltel firmware off the disk/web site or will it try to write the radio and create a brick?
2. Best firmware to leave it with to sell to a noob buyer.
3. Can the person ever load Alltel updates or are they forever forced into kitchens because I put a new radio on it?
4. Should I put the 1.06 boot loader re-locker on or does that risk them trying to do an update that will brick it.
5. What do I need to do to reset the PRL, NAM, and other parameters to Alltel before sale? Do you just tell them to do a *228 when they get it? (I can read, links only if you want -- I'm just getting buried in irrelevant stuff and hoping someone has a shortcut to share -- I found a huge PRL list for that part, is there a reference of NAM, SID, etc. settings or a way to flash an OEM image that will run vendor specific Extended ROM updates?

I truly feel like it proves the saying "standing on the shoulders of giants".
I've been in software for 20 years and I still can't see how you've done it.
