I would start with The Ultimate Boot CD for Windows or The Ultimate Boot CD for DOS then use the tool they provide to make a bootable USB Drive in the WM5/6 Flash Drive using WM5torage on the PDA... Chances are it would only work on 1 Gig Flash Cards, but I could be wrong...

I would also include a copy of Portable Apps... I carry around a USB stick now with these tools as it is small enough... Not sure I would bother using the PDA in this way, but it probably is possible...
