You might as well delete it since you already have it on your phone. You only need to reinstall the ExtRom if have changed anything in the ExtRom. For instance, when I am testing a rom, I flash a blank ExtRom so I do not have to deal with the installation. However, when I want to flash the phone to use, I put the correct ms.nbf in.
