to answer your question, the reason why they DONT have many is because, simply put Naut, you dont need them. Seriously, the touch is very very fast out of the box. Comparable to a custom rom on the mogul. The only reason people really do it on the touch is to customize the extROM. (think UC) There just isnt a need for custom roms on the touch. Why are there so many for the mogul? Because we are constantly looking for ways to improve its performance because of the absense of operating ram.
