Instead, she offered me $150 off an upgrade, which I told her is an insult as I pay $150 to Sprint every month for phone + data card. She quickly retracted that statement and said that I would get it for the new customer price, but I am not looking for a contract extension. I'd rather buy it off Ebay for $350.
Heck, the least they can do is send a new battery with a refurb 6700. I DID NOT call to get an upgrade and I love my 6700 but am not looking forward to reloading WM6 on it and redoing everything just to have it fail again right away.

if this is the first time you returned this phone...wait for the next refurb 6700....then after a few weeks complain about the call volume being low on these devices specifically, all 6700s have this problem (you are on your second 6700...so then tell sprint support nicely you do not want the same device anymore, since it is a manufacture defect). and you would prefer another type of device...
I forgot to mention on my earlier post here, the reason sprint support gave me a Mogul was because they saw the history that i was on my second phone...and then they approved it... again...do not let them transfer you to insurance claim...ask the support tech do it for you and connect you with the insurance claim while you on the phone with the tech support....let tech support explain the whole problem...
that works/ed for me.
