I think the latest Customizer does not work with the Vet HTC Home. But then again BAC said it's working for her.

sorry but i wasn't on tsperez but im in Tx and it works for me(the new htc customizer)...i believe you can do as vetvito says or you can look at
www.htcwiki.com and there was a listing there to explain how to add your own custom city...i didn't have to as my city is a major one so it's included in the default section..sorry i can't help but maybe you will find it at that link
