You will have total flexibility using the makecall.exe app from
http://www.ultimatelaunch.de/smartutilities/smartutilities.html
You can use pictures or any icon you choose to identify the number. You could technically have as many speed dials as you wanted just by adding pages. Its a little more tedious than some other solutions but its worth it I believe.
