Hi All,
Just got me a Treo 750v

and had an operation

- so I've been unable to get my hands on it for a few days. Now I can and I'm
liking what I see, despite coming from a Treo 600 (Palm OS..) and Mac/Linux background. so lots of new territory, which is half the fun.
One of the things I liked about my previous Treo was OperaMini support, but there doesnt seem to be a OperaMini version for this OS.
The onboard IE browser doesnt support javascript, so I
can't run this speed test (
http://www.dslreports.com/mspeed), which would be neat before I go and try the HSDPA patch posted
here. Although maybe its enabled already on this device - I'm in London and I think they have HSDPA here. Probably restricted to a subset of customers..
Is there another browser you would recommend? Ideally I'd like to try before I buy, or donate. Wanna save up for a mini SD card
Can anyone identify what the browser is that is being used by .:uvz:. before the Data Rate Monitor screenshot
here?
Have fun all,
Mysty
