Per your txt file (my comments added in parenthesis)
1. Download and install Winrar. (downloaded to PC)
2. Download any of the available packaged installers. (to PC)
3. Save the installer in a new folder called 3.3 (on PC or PPC? Says file to large to install on PPC main memory so I downloaded to PC)
4. Right click on the installer. You should have an option in the pop up
menu called Winrar. From there select extract here. This will extract several files including MaUpgrade utility and an nk.nbf along with possibly a ms.nbf. (The only file extracted was the nk.nbf into 3.3 folder and never made it past this step)
5. The files you want to look for are nk.nbf(the Rom), ms.nbf(ExtRom), radio.nbf (the radio) (where do I look?)
6. Delete any of these three files if they are present. You can keep the ms.nbf and this upgrade the ExtRom. Make sure you know which ms.nbf is in there before install. (huh?)
7. Place the "Latest" nk.nbf file in the 3.3 folder.
8, Place the phone in Bootloader mode by pressing Power, Record, and reset. It should darken
the screen and say Serial.
9. Connect the phone to USB and the darkened screen should read USB.
10. Click on MaUpgrade and the Utility should run.
11. Double check what you are installing when the upgrade utility asks you to confirm install
