It was really weird, when I pressed YES, it went into the today screen setup, but the phoneAlarm option was gone. When I said ok to that screen, I got the error again, brought me back to the today screen, plugin wasn't there still. It was on my device.

I re-installed it (realized I didn't have the most recent version either) so upgraded, and it's there now. So strange.
