It was intended as a test to replace a radio rom on a phone that already wasn't able to be flashed.
The way i see it, this can be fixed if it will connect in bootloader we should theoretically be able to write to any portion of the phone.

if you show me how to do that I can get co worker to phone to do it. as long as the procedure does not involve flashing new radio file
