Use qpst and overwrite the nvm_htc with the supercid nvm_htc file.

I am trying the step quoted above but when I explore the phone, the NVM folder has an cross over it and won't let me open it or write anything in it. Do you have a suggestion? This was a Sprint PPC6800 phone that I am putting on VZW.

Thanks
