I understand what you are saying as mine does the same with my 6700 and Motorola H9. If I am streaming music to my headset and use the slider to adjust my volume to viba it will lower the volume on the headset until it gets to vide in the volume menu and then no longer will have any volume on the headset.

It has always need this way. You cannot have your phone set only to vibe and no audio AND still be able to stream audio to the headset.
