I FOUND A ROM FOR MOTO Q WM 6.1!!!
Actually, some other guys found it in a Chinese site and are sharing it on this forum:

The thing is... they are trying to cook it for another phone, not the Q. So I figured if I'd share it with someone that's actually interested and trying to install it on a Q.
So.. don't know if this works with Q9... but hopefully this is a major step for humanity
