nuePackageDiagnostics: Check DSM status on phone

Not exactly a new rom, or useful for anyone but rom developers, i've come up with nuePackageDiagnostics, which will tell you information about DSMs you have on your device as well as if their dependencies are missing, etc.

It is on the ftp as nuediagnostics.zip. Be SURE that both the dll and the exe are in the same directory. You must have .net CF 3.5. The initial package scan takes about 10 seconds.

There is a known bug where it will say the dsm file is missing even though its there.

This tool will eventually be integrated into a package to streamline bug reporting. (by generating a small dump file about what packages are installed, and settings, etc.)

also: people trying to reach me via pm, just find me on IRC instead, i got annoyed of having to empty my PM Box... it gets full very quickly...
