Once again, Tiermann's dial designer. It's a PC app that lets you redesign your dialer and creates a .cab you transfer and install on your phone.
Tha cool thing is you can make a bunch and change them to suit your mood or whatever. Check out the link I posted a few posts up and get it.
I have attached a zip of one I created for the Touch as an example. Extract the .cab file and transfer to your SD card. Open file manager and click on the file and install to device. Soft reset and you have a new dialer. Simple.
