I use Iaccarino's Mobile Task Manager. It has similar features and look to WinXP's task manager. Shows tasks (where I end-task the phone app after several calls), a process tab, (Good spot to kill that hung Navizon app) that shows memory usage and threads, and a generic "system load" tab, showing a bar graph of CPU and memry loads.

What I'm missing is a colum on the processes tab that shows process usage for individual apps... If anyone can suggest a better task manager?

Todesengel, Iaccarino's should do what you need.
(Sorry I don't have a link ATM, but if you can't find it searching, let me know. I'm sure I have the cab somewhere's.)
