It failed within 30mins, returned it, he claimed it worked, charged me another $5 to send it back to me. the one I got back wasn't the one I sent him, but it was formatted fat 32 and is working with over 75% of it filled. He claims you can just call sandisk for warranty 100% guaranteed authentic.

I also got all the items you mention and an authentic looking packaging, but think if they can copy electronics, how hard is it to make counterfiet packaging?.. YMMV.

P.S. Many vendors selling under $50, DZ-tech seems to sell enough that work for people (I am not advocating one vendor over another or suggesting you buy fomr this one). I have also seen them on Amazon under $50 now too.
