I did once when I had an application in the background trying to load. At one point my Resco Today Plugins were causing it and then at another time I upgraded from Pocket Weather v1.3.7 to 2.02. The later version was causing the issue but when I upgraded to v2.07 it loaded just fine at startup.

So it could be something like that causing an issue for you or you just could be out or ram.
