I do believe a hardreset would probably bring them back...
of course youd lose everything if you dont backup first...
hey I got an even better idea...
get on your desktop and click start/search/ then click music sounds and search your windows directory.. there are a lot of cool sounds that I found on my home computer that are awesome to put on my phone for notifications....
