Off the top of my head, Resco Audio Recorder. (just keep in mind, the 'record calls' feature is not supported... the 6800's hardware does not support it.)
There are others as well, though I'm not recalling ATM. You might peruse
PPCFreeware.
I would strongly recommend avoiding NoteM however. It does what you're looking for, but it hijacks the file associations, dosen't give any indication that it's doing it, and dosen't restore them if uninstalled. (that's if you realize which program caused the problem.) Was several hard resets and a week's research to lock that one down.
It was educational though. If I'd known at the time, the files can be reassociated with several other apps, or with registry edits.
