Now, the animation image is not in the theme OEM. It is in the Startup Animation OEM. If you will reread my instructions, I said all you need to do is create a personal OEM for yourself and put it in User_OEM. Then just put that .gif you want int here and it should overwrite the one in the Startup animation OEM.

Thanks for the clarification on the 6.1 Graphics option. I am also happy to announce that the startup animation changed after creating a OEM in OEMizer as you suggested originally.
I guess I thought that if dcd's OEM for the same purpose did not work, that one I created would not either...I was wrong. I appreciate your help colonel.
Hopefully, in a future release of the kitchen, there will be a new option to change the startup animation in a similar manor that you can now change the splash screens.
