WOW, I had an employee sign a friend up from Sprint, to the SERO the other day and they wouldn't accept the
savings@sprintemi.com, but they would accept the email address from a Sprint Rep we have. The customers account was out of contract so he canceled it and got her onto the SERO. Her account is now notated that he did something very wrong, hehe. He will be getting fired now b/c of what he did. He let this girl pay the new contract price for our inventory and it's a third party store, so the owner says if she's not getting our plans she should pay full price. I was like whoa! I understand though. But anyways, it worked and she's on SERO now.
