for all sprint users: i spoke with them on friday and told them all the problems i've been having. they gave me the number to the ins co. asurion and i explained the same thing. asurion gave me the option of sending me another mogul which were on back order or sending me an upgrade which is the touch....of course i chosed the touch for the $50 fee....i know many other sprint customers who are doing this and asurion is express shipping the touch for no charge.
