there was a hack i threw in for the vogue that allows it to work, you still need to use the exe to get to that point, but it will do the RUU portion from the sd card. You still need to be on the ram loaded soft spl (patched) which is only good for flashing an spl, no radio or rom. if very worried i'd be more inclined to find an xp machine around than to mess with the SD method for the hardspl.
PS. The vogue unlocker won't work if extracted either, they are both EXE for a reason. Oh yeah same with the relocker
