That's a modified version of the orignal AstroGPS launcher in which I've included shortcuts to launch Navizon and iGo (cab versions as opposed to oem).
Also has the original shortcuts for launching iGuidance and TomTom.

Install it and launch navizon using the new "Navizon Launcher" shortcut it creates in start->programs.
