Used ultimate launch to contain the alternative clock and htc home, and to display the white icons.
Used the htc home customizer to make it totally transparent, and remove all but the weather tab.
Used the reg hack that sets the ultimate launch plugin to be 'type 5' so no scrollbars on landscape.
