Using this tool I attached. Load the nk.nbf, then right click on the OS at the bottom and say "Dump Decrypted". THen after you dumped it out, there'll be a OS.n_d or some'n and rename that to nk.nba and cut that to the IMGFS tool folder and run the nba_to_dump.bat.
