Got my first one in the middle of June of 07 and mine had pocket pc on it but just recently got a replacement like a month ago and there was no pocket pc on there but having had both of them i dont think there is a difference between the two unless its something very minor i doubt the screen is brighter as well i just think someone forgot to put pocket pc on the new ones lol
